Seedworld represents a community-driven metaverse ecosystem meant to empower creators, gamers, and entrepreneurs. Gaming is possible after players buy Seed Root NFTs, and once they start playing, the task is to craft a landscape for battles, which, in turn, earns for the creators. In addition to creation, players can also explore the worlds crafted by fellow players to discover resources. Among other developments, a Survivor Shooting mode is integrated into the Seedworld universe.
NFT and $SWORLD Staking in Seedworld
Players can stake their NFTs in Seedworld, where each staked NFT generates user points, which are accumulated and bring the holders $SWORLD tokens. Currently, NFTs from Genesis can be staked, including 6000 Vanguards, Seed Pods, and 3110 Mounts. At present, 4692 Vanguard NFTs and 2465 NFTs have been staked.
This means around 70% of NFTS from each of the collections are already staked, leaving a small portion of staking potential and the capability to earn rewards that follow.
In Seedworld, staking is more user-friendly as it does not involve any gas fees. All staked NFTs are not sent to a smart contract; instead, the users soft-stake them and start earning points immediately. The second type of NFTs, Seed Roots cannot be staked.
$SWORLD Staking in Seedworld
$SWORLD staking is also possible on Seedworld, and in addition to getting staking rewards, the users will also compete for a place on the leaderboard. According to an official announcement, the top 100 $SWORLD stakers will get Whale Islands based on the snapshot of the leaderboard to be taken on 22nd November 2024.
1 $SWORLD token is available at $0.0007, which means $1 million $SWORLD tokens can be bought for $7000. And the top staker (at the time of writing) has staked 13.2 million $SWORLD tokens.
The Seedworld team has shared APR for staking 1 million $SWORLD tokens for 12 months, which is 30%. At the end of the staking period, the stakers will get 1.3 million $SWORLD tokens. This means investing $7000 will return $9100, which is at the current market cap of 15 million.
However, if the market cap increases to 75 million, the returns will increase to $45,000 and the same will be $91,000 at a market cap of 150 million – at an initial investment of $7000.
In addition to monetary rewards, users will also receive Islands for staking. Stalking 360,000 $SWORLD for 12 months will provide one Treasure Island. If a user has three treasure islands, their potential to acquire a Whale Island increases substantially.
Seedworld UGC Program and Missions
Seedworld introduced its Second season of the UGC program exclusively for those who have staked $SWORLD tokens. The rewards will be available for those who will complete the missions shared on the platform’s official Telegram handle.
The missions users complete, raids they enter, and the content created hereafter will add up. The Seedworld team has dedicated $100 million $SWORLD for the Season 2 UGC program, which started on 2nd November 2024 and ends on 31st December 2024.
There’s a multiplier system set in place for staking. The multiplier coefficient increases with the number of $SWORLD tokens staked. Moreover, a user’s X social account score will also play an important role in the quantum of rewards they receive. The level of engagement, its quality, and the reach a player gets will also be important in this matter.
To sum it up, the Seedworld team cares about the number of $SWORLD tokens staked, the level of account engagement, the level of activeness of the user, the quality of their interactions, content, and engagement, and the ability to become a power member.
