Play and Earn in Earth From Another Sun for Free Until August 19th

After launching Daily Bounties featuring $SOL and other rewards for a limited time, the alpha version of sci-fi MMORPG looter shooter Earth From Another Sun is now available as a free to play title until August 19th, allowing everyone to play and earn Bounty Crates through in-game missions.

How to Play and Earn For Free

Previously, the only way users who didn’t have access to the game were able to earn Bounty Crates was by collecting Bounty Shards through a daily check-in system through the Kepler Citizenship Program, which is the game’s own rewards platform where you can gain points for a potential future airdrop. You can still collect Bounty Shards of course, and getting 5 of them should let you craft Standard and Elite Bounty Crates.

When the Bounties feature launched together with the 30-day event on July 24th, you were still technically able to gain limited access to the game for free by checking in daily 7 days in a row on the website for the Kepler Citizenship Program. But if you missed out on this event so far or didn’t check in daily, then you can now just simply head to the game’s official website to download its launcher, through which you’ll be able to download the Web3 title itself, which will take you up about 64 GB of space. The launcher requires creating an EFAS account, which can be done via email as well as through numerous social login options.

As the rewards-packed event ends on August 23rd, you’ll want to make the most of this final sprint by completing all of the Daily Bounties that you still can. Every Daily Bounty consists of 3 daily Rift challenges to complete, but to actually unlock these challenges you will need to get to level 5 first. Once you do, you can start doing daily challenges, and once you’re done for the day, make sure to head to the official Bounties page, because Bounty Crates are only rewarded by manually claiming them there. If you don’t claim that day, your Bounty Crate will be gone, even if you did all of the missions for the day. The type of Bounty Crate that you can claim for the day depends on whether you own an EFAS Citizenship Passport NFT or not. Holders of Passports can claim Elite Bounty Crates at a 1:1 ratio based on the number of Passports owned, so the more of these Passports you have, the more Elite editions you can get. The EFAS Citizenship Passport NFT is available on Magic Eden at the floor price of 2.903 $SOL (~$421) at the time of writing, and could bring you various exclusive benefits that may include whitelists, NFT airdrops, access to exclusive events, and maybe more.

What Can Be Found in Bounty Crates?

Bounty Crates will be possible to open at some point after the event, so you won’t be able to know what prizes you earned straight away. However, we do know what rewards can possibly be found in both Standard and Elite Bounty Crates.

Here are the potential prizes you might get when opening a Standard Bounty Crate:
