PARAVOX Expands to Solana, Securing $4.5M to Enhance Blockchain Gaming Experience

PARAVOX, the competitive 3v3 arena shooter developed by 81RAVENS, is expanding its gaming experience by integrating with the Solana blockchain. Backed by $4.5 million in funding led by Digital Hearts Holdings and Gree Ventures, this move aims to use Solana’s high-speed infrastructure, providing the platform with a decentralized layer that enhances player experience and opens new avenues for in-game asset ownership and trading.

Solana Blockchain Integration for Seamless Gameplay

The choice to adopt Solana, known for its fast transaction times and scalability, aligns with PARAVOX’s fast-paced gameplay requirements. Solana’s infrastructure allows for real-time interactions without the lags or high costs associated with many other blockchain networks, making it an optimal match for the needs of high-performance gaming.

“We chose Solana because it’s the fastest network available, which complements the pace of our gameplay,” 81RAVENS stated.

Funding to Drive Blockchain-Enhanced Features

The $4.5 million funding secured by 81RAVENS will support the development and marketing of PARAVOX on Solana. This financing will enable the creation of blockchain-based features such as a decentralized in-game marketplace, allowing players to own, trade, and monetize in-game assets.

This capital will facilitate the introduction of new gaming elements to PARAVOX without the prohibitive costs often seen with blockchain implementations. Solana’s cost-effective structure offers a path forward for 81RAVENS to enhance gameplay without burdening players with high transaction fees.

Celebrating Integration with a Solana-Themed Skin

In celebration of its new blockchain integration, PARAVOX has introduced a limited-edition Solana-themed skin, available for free download until November 15, 2024. This collectible skin gives players a preview of the blockchain-based assets that will be accessible within the PARAVOX ecosystem as the game’s decentralized elements continue to develop.

Alongside PARAVOX, MetalCore has also migrated to Solana, tapping into its high-speed and low-cost blockchain. Enabled by GameShift, MetalCore now supports both crypto and fiat payments, in-game asset trading, and simplified wallet management. Both games benefit from Solana’s scalability, designed for active and complex gaming economies.

Future Possibilities for PARAVOX on Solana

The integration with Solana allows PARAVOX to explore additional blockchain-based features that could shape the future of gaming. These potential developments include:

  • NFT Marketplace: Solana’s technology enables PARAVOX to develop a decentralized NFT marketplace where players can buy, sell, and trade exclusive in-game items.
  • Play to Earn Mechanics: Solana supports play to earn features that allow players to earn rewards for in-game achievements, offering further incentives for player engagement.
  • Tokenized Esports Rewards: PARAVOX tournaments could employ token-based rewards distributed transparently via the blockchain, ensuring fair competition.
