Play to Airdrop $POWER in Fableborne Adventures Season 3

Fableborne Adventures Season 3 is now officially live until December 8th, giving players a variety of ways to play to airdrop $POWER by earning Gold Essence that will be possible to exchange for the upcoming ecosystem token in the future.

What’s New in Fableborne Adventures Season 3?

Season 3 of this action RPG strategy hybrid features a total prize pool of 5 million Gold Essence up for grabs across 2 different limited time events: Kingdom Conquest, and Siege Survival. Next to these events, players can also enjoy campaign gameplay, as well as an entirely new endgame PvP event: Ronin Rampage. As for the reward pool, it is slightly bigger than Adventures Season 2, which also awarded Gold Essence across 2 play to earn events. However, this new season not only features an entirely new gameplay-focused event to wrap this fun blockchain gaming experience in style, but it also introduces kingdom building, raid extraction, and a new reward-packed addition: the Fortune Pass.

Next to collecting Gold Essence through leaderboard-based events and the new reward system, players can also collect Bronze Essence from social quests, while holders of Primordial NFTs get airdrops of Primordial Essence. All 3 types of Essence will be possible to transform into the $POWER token in the future, with details on conversion rates to be revealed soon, according to the official guide.

The first event, Kingdom Conquest, is now live, and is the only event for which there are specific details available at the time of writing. This event will be followed by the 4-day Siege Survival PvE event starting from November 28th, 11 AM UTC with a 2.5 million Gold Essence prize pool allocated to the top 10k players. The last event, the endgame PvP Ronin Rampage event, will begin on December 2nd, 1 PM UTC, after which there will be a 3-day campaign from December 5th to the 8th, with the servers for Season 3 officially closing on December 8th at 5 PM UTC. Make sure to claim all your earned Gold Essence inside the game itself before servers close! Those who don’t claim their rewards won’t be able to get them later.

Kingdom Conquest

Kingdom Conquest is a PvP event that kicked off on November 21st, 10 AM UTC with a prize pool of 2.5 million Gold Essence up for grabs for the top 10k players. Players rank on the leaderboard by collecting Arcane (Blue Orbs), which you can get by raiding kingdoms built by other players. If you successfully extract from the raid, you get the collected orbs, but if you die, you lose 50% of the orbs you gathered throughout the raid.

Next to raiding kingdoms for Arcane Orbs, players can also produce these orbs using Orb Mage units. You can place Orb Mage units in your kingdom to have them start production. Orbs generated can be claimed every 90 minutes, but if the mages get damaged from a raid, then orb production could get delayed by up to 3 hours, so make sure to set up your defenses properly!

You have until November 28th, 10 AM UTC, to participate in this event for a chance at earning Gold Essence. Players who finish the event in the top 10k will be able to claim their Gold Essence starting from December 2nd, 5 PM UTC.

What Is the Fableborne Fortune Pass?

The Fableborne Fortune Pass is the game’s very own type of battle pass system that you can purchase for 10 $RON tokens at the Sky Mavis Shop while supplies remain in order to start unlocking up to 18 chests. To unlock these chests containing various new rewards, you need Fortune Keys, which you can earn by completing a variety of in-game quests. Through these chests, players are said to be able to acquire “some of the best prizes in the game,” according to the official Medium post. The same post also states that users purchasing the pass will be asked to link their “game ID,” which means that you must “put your PixionID associated with your account here” in order to properly get the keys you earn from quests. You can find your PixionID by heading on over to the game’s official website and opening the account page.

There are 6 types of rewards you can earn from opening chests in this pass: Gold Essence, POWER Voucher, Primordial NFTs Voucher, Axie Infinity NFTs, Origin Axie NFT, and Ronin Voucher. Only one player will be able to claim an Origin Axie NFT. Specific supply details for other rewards were not revealed. The POWER Voucher will be redeemable for $POWER tokens, while the Ronin Voucher will reward you with 1 $RON token. You should make sure to have your Ronin Wallet connected to your Pixion ID in order to successfully receive RON rewards. This probably also applies to Axie NFTs, so it’s best to connect your wallet straight away before you start opening chests!

Each chest that you open has a certain chance of dropping one of the aforementioned prizes. Here are the exact drop rates:

  • 10 Gold Essence: 42% chance
  • 1 $RON Voucher (Contains 1 $RON): 20% chance
  • 12 $POWER Tokens: 37.9% chance
  • 1 Primordial NFT Voucher: .01% chance
  • 1 Axie Infinity NFT Voucher: .08% chance
  • 1 Origin Axie NFT Voucher: .01% chance

The Fortune Pass is only available during Season 3, which is the game’s first season on the Ronin network. Fableborne joined Ronin this month and followed it up with the announcement of this new play to airdrop season, so if you’d like to compete for the top 10k spots across leaderboards for a chance at getting an airdrop of $POWER tokens, then now’s the time to jump in this free to play web3 mobile game on Android or iOS by downloading Fableborne through the Play Store or App Store respectively.

What Is the $POWER Token?

The $POWER token is the core token of Power Protocol, a web3 live ops infrastructure platform that Pixion Games partnered with earlier this year. This ecosystem token will power Fableborne as its flagship game, but it will also be used for the studio’s future titles as well. For this game in particular, $POWER will act as a webshop currency, and players who use it to make in-app purchases get “the most content per dollar spent.” It is also directly integrated into the game across various systems, but players won’t need to own onchain assets or deal with anything related to crypto to enjoy the game, as all blockchain-related functions are said to be “completely abstracted rather than invisible.” Learn more about the web3 gaming platform in this section of the game’s newly-published litepaper.
