OKX-backed multiplayer idle RPG, Swords & Dungeons, is now officially live in its 3rd beta test since August 29th, and you can start your play to earn journey in it right now so that you can get token rewards for free.
What Is Swords & Dungeons?
Swords & Dungeons is a free to play idle MMORPG in which you go on a fantasy journey alone or with your friends while leveling up, crafting equipment, learning new skills, capturing minions to serve as your pets, and recruiting various companions to help you form a strong team ready to take on challenging dungeons. Let the game play battles for you or make use of its turn-based gameplay and choose which abilities your hero should use to target a specific enemy. The web3 title uses a class-less equipment system so that you can equip whatever you want for your desired playstyle, regardless of the class you pick, while freely trading both pets and equipment with other players. To foster social interaction the blockchain game uses a commander system where the player who creates a team is both the leader and commander, but can transfer the commander role to other players, effectively making it so that anyone can continue leading the team through gameplay activities without everyone needing to be online at the same time.

How to Play to Earn $GOLD
During this beta test, players can earn $GOLD both as free to play players but also as Genesis Battle Pass holders. What makes holders different from F2P players is that owners of the Genesis Battle Pass (BP) can activate their NFT to play exclusive 30-day Battle Pass missions which award daily $GOLD and BP Lucky Draw Tickets, while playing for free only lets you earn TestGOLD that is set to be converted into $GOLD at a specific ratio at some point after this test is over. Players who activate 3 Genesis Battle Pass NFTs can start using the new Breeding System that launched for this playtest, with the system said to be the “most effective way to increase GOLD token output,” according to the whitepaper. Anyone interested in getting a Genesis BP can do so on the OKX marketplace via the Ethereum network, where the floor price at the time of writing is 0.156 ETH.
How do you earn TestGOLD for free? Well, in Swords & Dungeons, there are 7 different ways you can do that. You can do daily tasks to get activity chests awarding some amount of TestGOLD, as well as complete 3-6 star levels for guaranteed TestGOLD. Getting to a specific realm level is also rewarded, and so is doing auto-battles. The drop rate in auto-battles can be increased by playing with real players, but having an entire team that owns BP NFTs ups that drop rate even more. The top 100 players at the Minion Arena and Colosseum get significant amounts of TestGOLD, and leveling up to level 50 gives you a chance to earn more rewards from the Treasure Hunter roulette. Minion Arena takes into account the strength of all your minions, so players who have the highest minion strength get to rank to the top for weekly rewards, while the Colosseum is a server-wide competition that gives you 3 attempts daily to compete in PvP matches, rewarding the highest-ranked players every week with TestGOLD There is also an advanced lucky wheel that opens from time to time and requires using treasure locators to participate for a chance at winning a share of the prize pool.
Last but not least, selling items to other players at the consignment store gets you diamonds, but instead of converting into TestGOLD, these diamonds have you convert directly to USDC at a certain ratio.
