Treasure DAO – An All-in-One Platform to Launch and Promote Web Games

Treasure DAO is a decentralized platform representing a gaming ecosystem that connects developers, creators, and players under a single roof. It works to bring the games and intellectual property of web3 into the mainstream. The three components of Treasure DAO Games, Community, and Infrastructure are powered by the native $MAGIC token. Games Included in Treasure DAO Ecosystem

Primarily, Treasure DAO is a gaming ecosystem based on the principles of web3 and community building. As a result, several games are played through Treasure DAO, including;

1. Beacon: An RPG genre competitive game where players have to build real-time strategies to advance in the gameplay, working through resource management. Players traverse through dungeons and slay enemy monsters while looting NFTs. The developers are preparing for the 2nd phase of B,eacon, and players can now access new quests and dungeons.
2. Zeeverse: A MMORPG game, in Zeeverse, players must tame monsters while being part of a fantasy world and explore it as a young Shaman. Players are supposed to collect and create digital assets consisting of battle companions called Zee. 
3. Knights of the Ether: Playing as Knights, users must curate the right cards, potions, and trinkets to win battles against mythical creatures. Every battle earns points for the players, and they compete to stay on top of the leaderboard. 
4. Synergy Land: Slated to launch in September 2024, Synergy Land is an RPG boasting a rich lore offering immersive gameplay. The players participate in quests and missions to discover their ancient history, which has been diminished by a catastrophic event. 
5. Bitmates: Another one of the MMORPG games on Treasure DAO, Bitmates has missions and challenges players are supposed to complete while defeating enemies. It’s a game where you build characters and battle mechanics to move ahead. Recent Bitmates upgrades brought a new skill, Farming with unique daily quests and 13 crops. 
6. Smithonia: A MOBA genre game, Smithonia is set in a dark universe where players must build strategies to win PvE battles. The players will get the opportunity to craft items and own them as NFTs while exploring trading options. 
7. Kuroro Beasts: On the island of Kuroro, beasts roam free, possessing eternal powers. Players representing trainers are out to explore, collect, craft, and battle amongst each other by mastering the in-game elements. 
8. Realm: Leveraging GameFi elements, Realm is an exploration game where players build and sustain their economy through strategic resource management. While focusing on territory control, players must also participate in battles. 
9. Tales of Elleria: A three-dimensional RPG, Tales of Elleria allows players to summon heroes and take on missions. They go on quests and adventures to progress ahead. 
10. Mighty Action Heroes: An action movie-inspired battle royale, Mighty Action Heroes is where players must fight with each other. In a game where bullets and grenades pour from all sides, players must fight to book their space on the leaderboard. It’s an on-chain universe where players also unlock perks to power up collectibles. 
11. Bridgeworld: Boasting the merger of traditional and blockchain gaming, in Bridgeworld, players must leverage social coordination and strategic resource management, Bridgeworld asks players to accumulate resources and optimize them. In-game assets or collectibles like Legions, Treasures, etc., are available throughout the ecosystem. 
12. SMOL: SMOL asks players to collect characters while interacting with the in-game community. Players can also trade in-game elements representing unique NFTs powered by the blockchain. 
13. BattleFly: BattleFly is an aerial combat multiplayer PvP game. Players must lay out their BattleFly with the right mods and head straight into battles for a chance to win $MAGIC. 

In total, Treasure DAO is home to 14 games (information for LifeVerse was not available). While all the games are available on the web, Zeeverse is playable on iOS and Android. Users can also play Might Action Heroes on Android. Smithonia is available on iOS and Windows as well. 

Treasure Ecosystem Native Token | $MAGIC

The native token for 14 games, $MAGIC, is not only an in-game asset but has other use cases as well. Initially, it was intended to connect Treasure’s gaming ecosystem but has since transitioned to have additional utilities across the cross-chain decentralized ecosystem. 

Currently, $MAGIC has three key roles: it’s the native currency used to engage with the Treasure marketplace. Users can also stake $MAGIC across the platforms of Infinity chain networks. Lastly, it gives governance power to the users, allowing them to vote on platform policies and protocol upgrades. 

$MAGIC can be acquired by winning games (quests, challenges, missions, etc.) and by mining it in Bridgeworld. Plus, it can be acquired through cross-game events and competitions. 

Governance System on Treasure DAO

Treasure operates as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), where the community holds the power to govern and make decisions. Anyone holding and staking MAGIC, the native cryptocurrency, can participate in this process. Members can propose changes or new ideas by submitting what’s known as Treasure DAO Improvement Proposals (TIPs) through the Treasure DAO Governance Forum. 

If a proposal gains enough interest from the community, it will move forward to a formal voting stage. If most votes are in favor, the proposal is implemented. Additionally, Treasure DAO has a unique element called gMAGIC, which gives users varying governance rights based on their commitment and support to the DAO’s success, similar to the veCRV model used in other platforms.

Game Builder Program on Treasure

Game Builder Program (GBP) provides developers and gaming studios with game publishing, access to players, builders, creators, network access, and some potential to secure funding. Treasure also supports with providing technology and development support.

Marketplace Listing on Treasure DAO

Listing games on the Treasure marketplace is subject to fulfilling some requirements, including;

• Architectural Requirements: Game developers must abide by NFT (ERC-721) and Multi-Token (ERC-1155) standards. Plus, they also need to abide by OpenSea Metadata Standards. 
• Listing Process: Developers must submit the game partner application form, which will be reviewed by the team. After evaluating the form, a decision is taken to accept or reject the application. 
• Listing Implementation: Once accepted, the partner is asked for the game’s logistical details (contact, launch time), collection information (project name, URL slug, media, links, etc.), and Royalty fee details. 

Once listed, the game is available to the Treasure community while partners can explore other advertising and promotion options available on the platform.
