The developers of monster-taming RPG Zeeverse have launched a new Telegram game spin-off as part of Phase 1 of their Play to Airdrop campaign.
Zeeverse Mini is the name of the new free to play Telegram game that launched on August 19th to mark the start of the initial phase of the Play to Airdrop campaign. It’s launched with a $25k+ raffle prize pool for this week only while providing participants with the opportunity to qualify for a future airdrop of the upcoming $ZEEV token. You can find the Telegram link to the game in this thread.
How to Play to Airdrop in Zeeverse Mini
In Zeeverse Mini, players compete for the top leaderboard spots by helping Zoomba collect fruits and leveling it up. The higher your leaderboard ranking, the greater your $ZEEV airdrop allocation will potentially be.
If you ever played those popular mobile games where you bounce of walls and avoid spikes to earn points, then you’ll feel right at home with this web3 version, as this is exactly like those fun casual games. Here, you take control of a cute Zee creature referred to as Zoomba, and the goal is to try and get as many points as you can by bouncing off walls and avoiding spikes. You can jump mid-air as many times as you want, and you’ll need to in order to avoid the many spikes that increasingly appear the longer you manage to survive. There is a top and bottom boundary that you’ll want to avoid touching to stay in the game. As you jump from one wall to another, various Fruits will appear floating mid-air. These Fruits allow you to level up your Zoomba by heading to the Zee section on the main screen. A certain number of Fruits are also awarded to you every hour, so to increase this number, you need to level up. In the tasks section you can complete a couple of social tasks to get more Fruit, alongside a daily reward claim task.
There are a couple of different leaderboards players can compete in. The Score section is based on the number of points you get from bouncing off walls, and here you can rank in daily, weekly, monthly, and all-time leaderboards. In the second main leaderboard, players rank based on the amount of Fruit collected, while the third leaderboard shows the top 100 players who have made the highest number of invites. By sharing your referral link, you get to earn 250 Fruit per invite, but you also start earning 25% of Fruits earned by referrals.
There doesn’t seem to be any info on whether certain leaderboards qualify you for a better airdrop, or whether you need to rank in the top 100 on any of them to become eligible. With no official deadline given for Phase 1 of this Play to Airdrop campaign at the time of writing, you’ll probably want to play as much as you can sooner to try and get a high leaderboard ranking for a better chance at winning a $ZEEV airdrop. According to the $ZEEV token section in the official game documentation for the main free to play Zeeverse RPG, the $ZEEV TGE is scheduled to take place in either Q3 or Q4 2024. This will be an ERC-20 utility token with a total supply of 1 billion, set to be utilized for governance, staking, and premium, “high-value” transactions. More details can be found here.
How to Participate in $25K+ Raffle
The raffle for the first week of the game’s launch is said to feature a $25k+ reward pool, and you’re eligible for it by simply playing the game. To increase your chances of winning a share of this prize pool though, you need to invite more friends using your invitation link, so the more referrals you have, the bigger your chances of winning rewards. To get bonus raffle entries though, the instructions state that you’ll have to share the game on social media platforms. You have until the end of this week to increase your chances of winning this raffle. Whether there will be more raffles like it in the future is not currently known.
